Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns on select items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us through the Contact Me page on our website or email us at motherandchildboutiquebc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and our return shipping address.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and providing us with the tracking number. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refund Process Refunds will only be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item. This typically takes 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable/Refunable Items The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Personal care products (soaps, lip balms, skincare items, etc.)
  • Teas
  • Used or worn items

Exchanges We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement once we receive the item.
