1. Shipping Rates:
- We offer free pickup for customers with a Princeton area code (V0X 1W0). Our pickup location is The Winking Pedlar during business hours. If you prefer another pickup location such as the Local Market or the Post Office, please Contact me on our Contact Us page or by emailing natalia@motherandchildboutiue.com.
- There is a $12.99 shipping fee applied to Canadian purchases. Fees to the Unites States varies based on region and shipping weight.
- Orders totaling $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping within our shipping zones. Free shipping will automatically be applied for purchases $100 and over within Canada.
2. Shipping Zones:
- We currently offer shipping within Canada and the United States only.
3. Shipping Methods:
- Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping method typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery within Canada, depending on your location.
- Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee, with faster delivery times depending on the shipping carrier. Please contact us if you desire expediated shipping.
- We exclusively use Canada Post to ship our products for consistency and reliability.
4. Order Processing:
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of order placement, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment.
- If you do not receive a follow email after payment, please contact us and we will email you personally with the required information.
5. International Shipping:
- We currently do no offer international shipping outside the United States. Please contact us if you would like to request international shipping and we will be sure to look at some potential options.
6. Local Pickup Option:
- We also offer a local pickup option at the Winking Pedlar for customers who prefer to collect their orders in person. Please contact us to arrange a pickup time and location if another option is required. You can do this by filling out the form on the Contact Us page or contact Natalia directly using our Business Facebook Page or emailing natalia@motherandchildboutique.com.
7. Shipping Policy Updates:
- We reserve the right to update or modify our shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the effective date of the policy will be indicated at the top of the page.
