Resale Program Agreement

Purpose: This Agreement sets out the terms for reselling second-hand kids' clothes to us.

Boutique's Role:

• We buy second-hand kids' clothing at set prices or offer store credit.
• We inspect items for quality and authenticity and reserve the right to reject any that don’t meet our standards.

Reseller's Role:

• Resellers sell clothing to us at the agreed price or store credit.
• Items sold must be in good condition.
• Once sold, items can’t be reclaimed unless otherwise agreed to.

Store Credit:

• We currently offer store credit only. Credit amounts depend on the item’s value and number of items and can be used in our Pre-Loved section.
• Store credit is provided within 1-3 business days after inspection, and you’ll receive a code for use at checkout.

Other Details:

• We prioritize quality and safety, so we don’t accept damaged or unsuitable items.
• For safety reasons, we don’t resell toys, baby accessories, carriers, bassinets, or car seats.

Agreement: By joining, you agree to these terms. Deviation from them will nullify the contract. Thank you for supporting our quality standards!
